Do you offer commissions?

YES and I would love to create a unique personalized piece of art for your home!

But keep in mind I will only accept commissions if you are looking for something in the style I create.

What are your shipping options?

All artworks are shipped professionally and with a lot of care.

What if I haven't received my package?

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please send me an email at mathildegranveau@gmail.com and I’ll investigate the matter immediately. I guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order.

 

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

If the item is damaged or if you find any defects or any other issues, send me a picture and I'll get back to you within 48hours. 

 

Do you offer returns?

As my priority is your satisfaction, I offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at mathildegranveau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

Yes, absolutely! All payments are secured. The payment processors I use adhere to the strict electronic and physical measures to protect your devices and credit/debit card information from unauthorized access. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit card payments through Shopify Payments for all orders.
